Apparently, finding skilled talent in APAC is still a major headache. ManpowerGroup’s latest survey shows 77% of employers are struggling – a big jump from 45% in 2014. IT, engineering, and sales roles are especially tough to fill, with IT companies leading the pack at 81% unable to find the talent they need.

So what’s the solution? Employers are offering more money (30%), flexible schedules (26%), and hoping their current staff will magically upskill (35%). Because who wouldn’t want to take on even more work?
