Independence: A way of Life

From the nation we build to the workplaces we shape — freedom is lived in every choice we make.

To Our Incredible HR Family,

78 years ago, India stood tall as a free nation - a victory not gifted; but earned. And like anything earned, it must be protected and lived every single day.

But freedom is not just a chapter from Indian history. It is also a daily choice - one that shapes how we live, work, and grow together.

What Freedom Looks Like Beyond August 15th

Freedom is not just about breaking free; it’s about creating space where people can thrive.

For me, freedom at work is a practice:

  • Freedom is trust - The autonomy to decide how we do great work, paired with the responsibility to deliver on what we promise. Where we work and how we do it should be our freedom - and earning trust should be our commitment.

  • Freedom is access - Where you live, your surname, or a career break should never dictate your opportunities. Great teams are built when doors are open to also welcome non-metro talent, second-career professionals, and practically, anyone ready to learn.

  • Freedom is confidence - When hiring is fair and verified, candidates move faster, and companies say “yes” without hesitation. It’s the confidence you place in the person you choose to work alongside.

  • Freedom is growth - Skills are the security we carry for life. The market rewards doers - so keep learning, keep building. Technology - especially AI - should remove friction, not replace humanity. Tools assist; people lead.

Freedom for Something Greater

Freedom isn’t just being free from something - it’s being free for something.
Free to dream, build, and grow. Free to make the next 78 years even better than the last.

Former Zillow exec targets $1.3T market

The wealthiest companies tend to target the biggest markets. For example, NVIDIA skyrocketed nearly 200% higher in the last year with the $214B AI market’s tailwind.

That’s why investors are so excited about Pacaso.

Created by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso brings co-ownership to a $1.3 trillion real estate market. And by handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, they’ve made $110M+ in gross profit to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

No wonder the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso. And for just $2.90/share, you can join them as an early-stage Pacaso investor today.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

As the tricolour soars high, let’s carry its meaning beyond this day - not just in celebration, but in the way we live, work, and shape the future.
